Cheap BVI Company Formation

Since the 80’s it has been possible to incorporate offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands with it becoming one of the most popular Caribbean jurisdictions having proper regulations, a prosperous economy and stable political situation.

BVI IBC – an International Business Company – is the most commonly used official name for what is more popularly known as an “offshore company.” IBC’s are the basic building blocks of the offshore financial services industry.
There are certain elements that define a modern IBC, in that it is a privately owned corporation that is not bound by tax, it is internationally friendly, has a flexible organizational structure, it is not required to keep reports or financial records and maintains a strict confidential policy.
BVI companies are used for a range of business activities, including online, offline and global businesses.

What are the advantages of  the cheapest BVI offshore company?

  • Zero or minimum taxation
  • Confidentiality, due to no sensitive personal information being available on public file
Protection, due to secrecy provisions enshrined in law and absence of international information-sharing agreements. Maximum security of assets includes the ability to transfer domicile.
  • Structural Flexibility – A BVI corporation requires at least one owner, one shareholder and one director. The same person may act as all three. There is no need for the company to appoint any additional operating officers.
  • Ease of Management – the company may hold the shareholder’s meeting in any location, including via electronic means.
  • No Reporting – BVI Business Companies are not obligated to prepare or file financial accounts. However, the company is required to keep certain records that can show and explain the company’s financial transactions and which can be used at any time to determine the company’s financial position. These financial records are not required to be kept in the British Virgin Islands such that the owner of the company may keep these records at whichever location is convenient. There are no requirements however, to make these records public.
  • Confidentiality is one of the key features of the BVI Company as details of the company’s beneficial owners, directors and shareholders are NOT part of any public record. Register of Members, Register of Directors and all Minutes and Resolutions by the Company are kept only at the offices of the Registered Agent in complete confidentiality. Certainly, though, these files are available for inspection to BVI Company shareholders. The only documents held on public record are the Memorandum and Articles of Association, but these do not usually contain any indication as to who the actual shareholders, directors or the beneficial owners of the company are.

Please submit form to: Registrar of Corporate Affairs

BVI company registration is controlled by the official Registrar of Corporate Affairs. This department is responsible for administering all laws relating to incorporating a BVI company.
